Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee! At any time during the life of a Rays Doberman the pup is found not to be compatible with the situation of the original purchaser the pup may be returned (along with their AKC certificate) to the kennel and be replaced at no charge. The buyer’s word is all that is needed for the replacement.
2-Year Health Guarantee: If your Doberman is crippled or dies from Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, after purchase, return documentation from your veterinarian and lab verification and AKC certificate and your Doberman will be replaced at no charge.
12 month Guarantee against Congenital defects or Disease

Limitations of Guarantee
The guarantee applies to the original puppy and is non-transferable. Our guarantee does not include poisoning, accident, negligence or behavior problems. Puppy must be intact. Ear cropping will not be included in replacement pups. No veterinarian expenses will be paid by Rays Doberman. All replacement dogs will be replaced by next available litter.
